NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held by the City of Belle Isle City Council on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. and or as soon thereafter as possible in the Belle Isle City Hall Council Chambers located at 1600 Nela Avenue, Belle Isle, Florida, 32809, at which meeting the City Council shall consider and take action on:

ORDINANCE NO 26-02 FIRST READING AND CONSIDERATION

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BELLE ISLE, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE 2026-2035 WATER SUPPLY FACILITIES WORK PLAN AND AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE ELEMENT OF THE CITY OF BELLE ISLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO REFERENCE THE SAME; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE

As required by Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, you are hereby notified that should any person decide to appeal any decision made by the City Council concerning any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made to include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Be advised that any person wishing to comment may be heard during the public hearing.
