Notice of Statement of Qualifications to Select Professional Engineering Consultant(s)

FOR SOQ PR9107 - CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND SUPPORT

SERVICES FOR DISTRICT COOLING SYSTEMS

The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) requests Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide continuing professional engineering design, consulting, and support services for OUC District Cooling Systems on an as-needed basis.

Services may include planning, design, permitting, procurement support, construction phase services, commissioning, operational support, and related engineering services associated with district cooling and chilled water systems.

Interested firms shall demonstrate experience providing Civil, Electrical, and/or Mechanical Engineering services related to district cooling plants, chilled water distribution systems, thermal energy storage systems, energy transfer stations, control systems, and associated infrastructure.
