NOTICE OF WORKSHOP MEETING AND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF REUNION EAST AND REUNION WEST

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS

A workshop meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Reunion East and Reunion West Community Development Districts will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the Heritage Crossing Community Center, 7715 Heritage Crossing Way, Reunion, FL 34747. The purpose of the workshop meeting is to discuss any business that may come before the Board.

A copy of the agenda and additional information regarding this meeting may be obtained from the District websites:

In accordance with Sections 119.071(3)(a) and 281.301, Florida Statutes, a portion of the meeting may be closed to the public, as it relates to details of the Districts security system plan. The closed session may occur at any time during the meeting and is expected to last approximately thirty (30) minutes but may end earlier or extend longer.

The workshop meeting, including the closed executive session described above, will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts and, other than the closed session described above, will be open to the public. This workshop meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

At the meeting, there may be occasions when one or more Supervisors, Staff or other individuals may participate by speaker telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Managers

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
