To ensure all Bidders are fully informed of the requirements for this contract, a Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (ET) on THURSDAY, JUNE 25, 2026 via Zoom Meeting under MEETING ID: 853 1710 7497, PASSCODE: 326658. An optional site visit of the various locations can be scheduled if requested by Monday, June 29, 2026.

Bids will be received by the Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) via Trimble (E-Builder) Electronic Bid Submission until 2:00 PM (ET) on THURSDAY, JULY 9, 2026, at which time they will be opened publicly via ZOOM Meeting under MEETING ID: 826 1627 4797, PASSCODE: 931422.
