A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Orlando Board of Zoning Adjustment on June 23, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in Orlando City Hall, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of City Hall, 400 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida. This meeting will also be available for viewing at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85198088494. The following variance requests will be considered: 1) 1033 Montana St. Variance to allow a reduced rear yard setback for an addition [case# VAR2026-10016]; 2) 1709 Ferris Way Variance to allow a second unconnected driveway on a 100 ft. wide property, where two driveways are allowed, but are required to be connected [case# VAR2026-10023]; 3) 9917 Red Clover Ave. (A) Variance to allow an increased front yard impervious surface ratio, and (B) Variance to allow an increased driveway width [case# VAR2026-10024]; 4) 128 E. Evans St. Variance to allow a reduced street side yard setback for a garage [case# VAR2026-10025]; 5) 1215 Mount Vernon St. (A) Variance to allow an increased impervious surface ratio for an office/residential combo project, and (B) Variance to allow a reduced landscaping buffer for said project [case# VAR2026-10026]; and 6) 744 Buckminster Cir. Variance to allow a reduced read yard setback for an addition [case# VAR2026-10027].
