PUBLIC NOTICE

The Organizational Meeting of the Seminole County Value Adjustment Board (VAB) has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 30 th at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the Seminole County Services Building, 1101 E. 1 st Street, 1 st Floor, Planning Department Conference Room, Sanford, Florida.

The VAB will consider the following:

- Agreement for VAB Legal Counsel

- VAB Rules of Procedure including hearing reschedules and untimely filed petitions

- Ratify Local Administrative Procedures

- Schedule of Fees

- Selection of Special Magistrates

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made by the VAB with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
