MOWING MAINTENANCE SERVICES

M-2 BASIN and M-3 BASIN ROADS, SIDEWALKSand CANALS

Sealed bids for providing MOWING MAINTENANCE SERVICES M-2 BASIN and M-3 BASIN ROADS, SIDEWALKSand CANALS to Indian Trail Improvement District (ITID) will be received via www.DemandStar.com, on or by: July 23, 2026, No Later Than 1:00 P.M. (local time). All sealed bids that are timely received will be publicly opened at Indian Trails Administrative Office. Bids received after the cut-off date and time will not be considered. The identity of Respondents to the ITB will be announced at the Opening; however, no copies of the ITB tabulations will be provided to Respondents or to the public at that time.

SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work for the contracted portion encompasses a combined eighty-six (86) miles of paved and unpaved roads, thirty-four (34) miles of canals. Thisrepresentsa subset of theDistrictstotal maintenance inventory of four hundred-thirty-seven (437) miles of road, one-hundred-sixty-three (163)miles ofcanal and ten and a half (10.5) milesof sidewalk.

The Project Manual & Contract Documents may be downloaded from www.demandstar.com (ID #:ITB-004-0-2026/ZL, linked to the Districts website. www.indiantrail.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on June 07, 2026. All bids shall be submitted on standard forms which will be downloaded with the Specifications exclusivelyfrom www.demandstar.com.

Bids received after the cut-off date and time will not be considered. The time stamp shall be conclusive as to the timeliness of filing.

REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION/CLARIFICATIONS (RFIs): RFIs regarding this ITB must be submitted in writing using www.DemandStar.com or by e-mailing Zachary Luppowitz at ITID. Mr. Luppowitzs E-mail address is zluppowitz@indiantrail.com. His Office Hours are Monday Thursday, 7:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M. No RFIs will be accepted after 3:00 P.M. on July 8, 2026. ITB-004-0-2026/ZL must be in the subject line.

Bids shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions which are included in the ITB Documents and Specifications which may be obtained from www.demandstar.com. Bidder has option to bid on only hydroseeding, or to exclude hydroseeding from bid.

No Bidder may withdraw their ITB after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. All bids must be firm bids for a period of one hundred fifty (150) days after the time set for opening of bids. ITID reserves the right to reject any and all bids and readvertise or to waive minor irregularities in bids received.

Pursuant to Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, vendors are hereby notified that the District will not request documentation regarding or consider a vendors social, political or ideological interests when determining if a vendor is responsible or give preference to a vendor based on its social, political or ideological interests.

A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a ITB on a Contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not be awarded or perform Work as a Contractor, Supplier, Subcontractor, or Consultant under a Contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, Florida Statutes, for Category Two for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.

CONE OF SILENCE: Bidders and individuals acting on behalf of such Bidders should not lobby ITID personnel, Board Members, District Legal Counsel or District Engineer since such activity may result in the rejection and disqualification of said Bidder for this Solicitation to Bid. For purposes of this Solicitation to Bid, the term lobbying is defined as an action taken by an individual, firm, association, joint venture partnership, syndicate, corporation or others seeking to influence the selection process by or through the District personnel, Board members, District Counsel or District Engineer after the initial publication of this Notice and through the time that an award recommendation is issued by the Districts Board of Supervisors
