INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Palm Bays Procurement Department via the Citys Bonfire website until 9:00 am on August 4, 2026. Bids received will be opened at 9:30 am on August 4, 2026, for the following:

46-ITB-26 Fred Poppe Regional Park Bridge and New Roadway

Submittals received after the above time and date will not be accepted. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Submittal is received will be resolved against the Firm.

Instructions, specifications, and forms for submitting a response may be found on the City of Palm Bays Bonfire Website or by calling 321-952-3424. Bids are received in accordance with the City Policies for the City of Palm Bay, Florida.

The public record of the preliminary results as read at the public opening can also be requested by calling 321-952-3424 or emailing procurement@palmbayfl.gov. To attend in person, interested parties should check in at the Information Desk in Building A to be escorted to this meeting.

The City reserves the right to waive proposal informality or technicality and to accept or reject any or all bids.
