Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2026-RE.78SSPR
PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES
The Town of Sewalls Point, Florida, seeks qualifications from individuals or firms interested in providing Professional Real Estate Services to the Town of Sewalls Point. The Contract for services shall be for a one-year period. The RFQ will be available through the Towns website at www.sewallspoint.org. Responses to the RFQ are due on or before 11:00 am on July 10, 2026 AND MUST INCLUDE a clear, concise, and plain breakdown of all related realtor fees.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all responses, waive irregularities, and re-advertise as may be in the Towns best interest. The Town accepts no responsibility for any response not reaching the prescribed delivery point within the time period stipulated.

Respondents are required to submit two (2) original submissions in a sealed envelope marked "Response to Real Estate Services RFQ No. 2026-RE.78SSPR Any questions about this RFQ shall be emailed to the contact person listed above, and, all questions will be answered in writing within seven (7) days. The ending date for receipt of questions is 11:00 am on Monday, June 29, 2026. Responses to any questions will be provided by Friday, July 3, 2026. To facilitate effective evaluation by the Town, responses shall be limited to no more than thirty (30) pages. All materials submitted pursuant to this RFQ shall become the property of the Town of Sewalls Point and are subject to public inspection in accordance with Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Submittals should includethe name and address of the business, the name and address of the broker of record and the sales associate(s) assigned to the Town, all fees and commissions for Real Estate Services, including listing history of single-family residences, why the applicant should be chosen over other real estate businesses, three references, proof of Board of Realtors membership, and include copies of all licenses for the broker and sales associate(s).
