05.2000 Metal Framing and Fabrication Provide and install reinforcement for mechanical curbs, and roof mounted guardrails per plan (reference drawing sheet(s) A-5, and M401).

06.4000 Casework Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) A-1, A-4, and A-4A).

07.2000 Thermal Insulation Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) A-3 and Specifications for Acoustical Finish System spec section 09 8316).

07.3000 Roofing Cut penetration for new mechanical equipment, handrails and pipe supports. Patch roof, and install new flashings where new curb installed (reference drawing sheet(s) A-5).

08.1000 Doors and Frames Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) A-1, and A-6).

08.4000 Storefront Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) A-1, and A-6).

09.2000 Gypsum Wall Board Assemblies (Frame, Hang, and Finish) Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) A-1, A-2, and A-6).

09.5000 Acoustical Ceilings Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) A-1, A-2, A-3, and Addendum 1 - A-7).

09.9000 Painting Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) A-1, A-2, and Addendum 1 - A-7).

10.2800 Toilet and Bathroom Accessories Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) G-1, A-1, A-2, and A-4).

12.2000 Roller Shades Provide and install roller shades per drawings and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) A-1).

21.1000 Fire Suppression Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) F001, F101, and F201).

22.1000 Plumbing Rework supply, sanitary, vent, and stormwater piping. Floor coring second floor for sanitary, and vent piping. Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) G-1, A-1, A-2, A-4, P001, P201, P202, P211, P212, and P301).

23.1000 HVAC Provide and install new HVAC pre and post test and balance, install new duct work, install new exhaust fans, install new duct detectors, new mechanical curb adaptors for new HVAC units, new curb for exhaust fan, and associated connections for condensate. Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) A-2, A-3, A-5, M001, M101, M102, M201, M202, M301, M401, and M501).

26.1000 Electrical Provide and install electrical and lighting items, TV back boxes, cable tray, conduit and receptacles for data, conduit for access controls, conduit for thermostats, floor coring for poke-through conduit, and lightning protection per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) LS-1, E001, E101, E102, E201, E202, E203, E204, E205, E206, E301, and E401).

27.2000 Data Provide and install data cabling, and terminations per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) E001, E201, E205, and E401).

28.1000 Access Controls Provide and install per plans and specs (reference drawing sheet(s) A-1, and A-2).

28.4600 Fire Alarm Provide and install per plans and specs. Provide duct detectors (reference drawing sheet(s) LS-1, M201, M501, and E401).

Note, all work and materials must comply with the City of Gainesville's standards as well as other code required standards.
