Village Center Community Development Districts is requesting bids from qualified firms for the Renovation of Fire Station #51. Bid packages may be obtained from www.opengov.com which can be accessed from www.districtgov.org. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for all interested vendors will be held on June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fire Station # 51 located at 1231 Bonita Blvd., The Villages, FL 32162. Sealed or electronic bids must be received by 3:00 p.m. on July 24, 2026, at the Purchasing Department located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, FL 32162, and the bid opening will be held at 3:15 p.m. at the same location.
