PUBLIC NOTICE FLOOD HAZARD REV

The Orange County Board of County Commissioners Stormwater Management Division, hereby gives notice of Hopetowns intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Young Pine Road, the Orange County Landfill and the Orange County Transmission Powerline along the southern edge of the Andover Lakes development. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along unnamed wetlands from a point approximately at the centerline of the access road in the Orange County Transmission Power to a point approximately located on the north side of Young Pine Road.

As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established.
