NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT

CITY OF MAITLAND FLORIDA

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Maitland City Council will hold a Public Meeting on Monday July 13, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible, in the Council Chambers of Maitland City Hall,1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida, to consider the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 1459

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MAITLAND, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF MAITLAND BOULEVARD AND WEST OF KELLER ROAD, REZONING SAID PROPERTY FROM PD TO PD, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED HEREIN; APPROVING A CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PARKING GARAGE AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR THE INCORPORATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Interested parties may appear at said hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this hearing will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which appeal is to be based.

Public inspection of the proposed ordinance is available, Monday Thursday 7:00 A.M. 6:00 P.M. in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, FL 32751.
