NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

SOUTH VILLAGE NEW SMYRNA BEACH

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The organizational meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the South Village New Smyrna Beach Community Development District will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 9:45 AM at the Gateway Center for the Arts, 880 Highway 17, DeBary, FL 32713. The purpose of the meeting is to elect certain District officers, consider the appointment of staff to include but not limited to manager, attorney, engineer and others as deemed appropriate by the Board of Supervisors; to consider the services to be provided by the District and the financing plan for same; to appoint a team for purposes of issuing special assessment bonds and consider the associated funding agreement; and to conduct other business that may come before the Board.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the meeting agenda may be obtained from the District Manager at 219 East Livingston Street, Orlando, FL 32801.

The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place as evidenced by motion of the majority of Board Members participating. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
