Heartland Coalition for the Homeless (HCH) Announces Release of the 2026 Request for Proposals.

The Heartland Coalition for the Homeless (HCH), Collaborative Applicant for Continuum of Care (CoC) FL-517, has released its 2026 Request for Proposals (RFP).

HCH is soliciting project applications for inclusion in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Fiscal year 2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).

Organizations interested in applying are encouraged to review the RFP and submission requirements. The Request for Proposals is available on the Heartland Coalition for the Homeless website at:
