NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION EVALUATION COMMITTEE

MEETING FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CONSTRUCTION

AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

FORWETLAND PLANTING PROJECT(S)

(OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA)

A special public meeting of the Construction Evaluation Committee of the Edgewater West Community Development District (District) is scheduled to be held on August 5, 2026 at 10:15 a.m. at the offices of Hanson, Walter & Associates, Inc., 8 Broadway, Suite 104, Kissimmee, Florida 34741, to review, discuss, and rank the proposals received in response to the Request for Proposals for Construction and Maintenance Services for Wetland Planting project(s). In addition, the Construction Evaluation Committee may discuss any matters related to the planning, execution, progress, and oversight of construction projects within the District. No decisions of the Districts Board of Supervisors (Board) will be made at that time.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors or staff members will participate by telephone. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record.
