NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE CENTRAL FLORIDA TOURISM OVERSIGHT DISTRICT, SITTING AS THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY, TO CONSIDER A CHANGE TO THE DISTRICTS LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS

YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 24th, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, the Board of Supervisors of the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, sitting as the Local Planning Agency, will meet in regular session at 1900 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, Florida. At that time, the Local Planning Agency will conduct a public hearing on, and consider for recommendation to the Board of Supervisors for the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, the following:

Resolution No. 686: A RESOLUTION OF THE CENTRAL FLORIDA TOURISM OVERSIGHT DISTRICT, AMENDING THE DISTRICTS LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, BY PROVIDING AMENDMENTS TO REFERENCES TO THE DISTRICT; DEFINITIONS; LAND USES, INCLUDING THE ADDITION OF FLOATING SOLAR FACILITIES; GROWTH STANDARDS; INFRASTRUCTURE STANDARDS; DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN REGULATIONS; PARKING; ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION INCLUDING WETLANDS, STORMWATER MANAGEMENT, EROSION CONTROL, AND SANITARY SEWER; PROCEDURES INCLUDING CONSISTENCY REVIEW, DEVELOPMENT REVIEW, AND AMENDMENT OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; AND OFFICERS AND BOARDS; PROVIDING THAT THE AMENDMENTS APPLY TO THE ENTIRE DISTRICT INCLUDING AREAS WITHIN EXISTING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Interested parties may appear at the public meeting and hearing to be heard with respect to the proposed resolution. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Supervisors with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
