PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS: Proposal submissions will only be accepted by electronic submission via https://lowerkeys2026rfp.com/

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: All proposal submission documents must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM EDT, September 28, 2026, at which time they will be opened. A summary of all proposals will be presented to the Board at its meeting to be held at 2:30 PM EDT, October 6, 2026, at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Grand Key, 3990 S Roosevelt Blvd, Key West, Florida 33040. The public is invited to attend this meeting. As set forth in the RFP package, respondents are invited to present to the Board at this meeting.
