NOTICE
A Public Hearing will be held by the Municipal Planning Board, City of Orlando, on TUESDAY, July 21, 2026 @ 9:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter, in City Council Chambers, 400 S. Orange Ave. This meeting will also be available for viewing at the following link: https://orlando-gov.zoom.us/j/95054325064. The following items will be considered: 1) Accessory Use Parking Approximately 0.19 acres located at 1105 Park Lake St. Conditional Use Permit to allow an accessory use parking lot [Case # CUP2026-10009]. 2) Principal Use Parking Approximately 0.16 acres located at 703 E. Colonial Dr. Conditional Use Permit to allow principal use parking [Case # CUP2026-10010]. 3) Holocaust Museum Approximately 2.39 acres located at 75 S. Ivanhoe Blvd. Conditional Use Permit for the Holocaust Museum [Case # CUP2026-10011]. 4) Residential Care Facility Approximately 0.36 acres located at 4200 Arbor Oaks Ct. Conditional Use Permit to allow a Residential Care Facility (RCF) within 1,000 ft. of an existing RCF [Case # CUP2026-10012]. 5) Events Center Approximately 3.86 acres located at 2019 W. Church St. (A) Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of an event center on three properties [Case # CUP2026-10013], (B) Change the Future Land Use designation from Residential Medium Intensity and Mixed-Use Corridor Medium Intensity to Public-Recreational-Institutional [Case # GMP2026-10006], and (C) Rezoning from R-3B and MU-1 to P [Case #ZON2026-10006]. 6) Multi-Family Approximately 6.6 acres located at 815 Herndon Ave. Master Plan for a new 378-unit 5-story multi-family development with an attached 5-story parking garage [Case # MPL2026-10015]. Copies of the proposed amendments are available for public inspection Mon.-Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the Economic Development Dept., City Planning Division, 6th Floor, Orlando City Hall, 400 S. Orange Ave. Any interested parties may appear in City Council Chambers & be heard regarding this matter.
