NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Orange County Board of County Commissioners will conduct public hearings on August 4, 2026, at 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Commission Chambers, First Floor, County Administration Center, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. You are invited to attend and be heard regarding the following requests by:

Applicant: Jennifer Stickler, Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., Orangewood N-1 Seaworld Vacation Village PD Planned Development (PD), Case # CDR-26-02-032

Consideration: A PD substantial change to convert 362,000 square feet of office to 1,124 multi-family residential units; pursuant to Orange County Code, Chapter 38, Article VIII, Division 1, Section 38-1207

Location: District 1; property generally located North of Sea Harbor Drive / South of Westwood Boulevard / West of International Drive; Orange County, Florida (legal property description on file in Planning Division)

AND

Applicant: Scott Gentry, Kelly, Collins & Gentry, Inc., Silverleaf Planned Development Regulating Plan (PD-RP), Case # CDR-25-12-300

Consideration: A PD substantial change to modify the layout of Maps 1-4 within the T-5 District and amend the Regulating Plan, including, but not limited to, block configurations, street types, open space requirements, site and building standards, off-street parking and loading requirements, approval procedures, and definitions. These proposed amendments to the Regulating Plan primarily affect multifamily and non-residential development within the T-4 and T-5 Districts.
