To: All subcontractors and material vendors who perform subcontract work, and/or sell/supply materials for construction work in Orange County, Florida:

You are advised that Orange County Public Schools and Williams Company Building Division are soliciting bids for the project known as OCPS Timber Creek High School Comprehensive Renovation.

The School Board will receive bids for said project on July 27, 2026 BEFORE 10:00 a.m. Bids will be received by Williams Company Building Division, the construction manager, via electronic submittal through BuildingConnected cloud-based bid management software or e-mail at the location indicated below.

OCPS Timber Creek High School Comprehensive Renovation includes:

- Construction will occur on an occupied campus and have multiple phases.

- Comprehensive Renovation and Remodeling of the entire campus to provide improved facilities at Timber Creek High School to meet Orange County Public Schools Design Guidelines and educational program requirements. The project scope includes all renovations needed to address current deficiencies, to upgrade all building and site facilities, and system and finishes at or near the end of their useful life. The scope also provides for remodeling of existing spaces to support current programs, life safety and accessibility requirements.

- The project consists of selective demolition of site structures and interior building components for renovation.

- The project includes construction of one (1) new 36,773 SF 2-story building (Buildings 1100) of and one (1) new 10,102 SF single story building (Building 1200).

- This project includes construction of new Central Plant.

- The project spans 411,771 SF over 23 buildings/structures on an approximately 47 acre site.
