PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the City of Sanford, Florida, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, invites interested, licensed and qualified firms to submit competitive sealed proposals in response to RFP 25/26-01, Biosolids Disposal & Recycling as outlined in the RFP solicitation document.

The bidder shall make themselves familiar with Biosolids Disposal & Recycling project for the City. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and vehicles necessary to perform the duties of this solicitation if awarded a contract. The RFP solicitation document is available to download from My VendorLink website at www.myvendorlink.com . Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing through VendorLink no later than Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 10:00AM Local Time at Sanford City Hall 300 N. Park Avenue Sanford, FL 32771 1 st Floor Commission Chambers. Attendance is mandatory, you must attend in order for the bid to be considered. Sealed responses shall be submitted to the City of Sanford, Attention: Purchasing Division, located at 300 N. Park Avenue Suite 243 2 nd Floor Sanford, Florida 32771 no later than Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time. Online submission is available.
