NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY BY SEALED BID

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County, Florida intends to sell the surplus real property identified below by sealed bid pursuant to Section 125.35, Florida Statutes, and Orange County Resolution No. 2025-M-47.

Interested parties may request a bid package by sending their name and mailing address to Orange County Real Estate Management at surplusOC@ocfl.net. The email request must include the requesters name, telephone number, and the full address of the surplus property in the subject line.

Sealed bids must be received by Orange County no later than Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 5:00PM Eastern Time. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Instructions for submitting bids are provided in the bid package.

All bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the bid package and this notice. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids as authorized by Section 125.35, Florida Statutes.

The property is offered for sale AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Orange County makes no representations or warranties regarding the propertys condition, suitability, zoning, access, title, environmental condition, improvements, or permitted, except as expressly provided in the bid package.

Prospective bidders may view limited interior portions of the building on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, subject to execution of a required liability waiver. Access will be limited to areas approved by Orange County Facilities Management. Certain areas of the building may be restricted and unavailable for viewing. Attendance at the limited-access building viewing is optional and is not a condition of submitting a bid.
