PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Winter Park, Florida on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and by the City Commission on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 3:30 p.m., to be held in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, 401 S. Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida to consider the PUBLIC HEARINGS detailed below. Public participation and comment on these matters must be in-person. Further information is available at cityofwinterpark.org/government/board-public-meetings/, including staff reports within 5 days of the meetings.
Request of Summertime Management, LLC for: An ordinance of the City of Winter Park, Florida, providing for the annexation of approximately 0.07 acres of real property located in the northwest corner of 909 North Wymore Road, as more specifically described herein, into the municipal boundaries of the City of Winter Park; redefining the city boundaries to give the City of Winter Park jurisdiction over said property.
Request of Summertime Management, LLC for: An ordinance of the City of Winter Park, Florida, amending Chapter 58, Land Development Code, Article I, Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map so as to establish commercial future land use on the annexed property located at the northwest corner of 909 North Wymore Road and to indicate the annexation on the other maps within the comprehensive plan, more particularly described herein.
Request of Summertime Management, LLC for: An ordinance of the City of Winter Park, Florida, amending Chapter 58, Land Development Code, Article III, Zoning, and the official zoning map so as to establish Commercial (C-3) zoning on the annexed property at the northwest corner of 909 North Wymore Road, more particularly described herein.
All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Additional information is available in the Planning Department so that citizens may acquaint themselves with each issue and receive answers to any questions they may have prior to the meeting.
NOTE: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. (F.S. 286.0105).
