PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Orlando Board of Zoning Adjustment on July 28, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in Orlando City Hall, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of City Hall, 400 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida. This meeting will also be available for viewing at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85198088494. The following variance requests will be considered: 1) 626 Strathmore Dr. Variance to allow a reduced rear yard setback for an addition [case# VAR2026-10020]; 2) 9921 Wheatberry Ct. (A) Variance to allow an increased front yard impervious surface ratio for an ADA parking space, and (B) Variance to allow an increased driveway width [case# VAR2026-10028]; 3) 9436 Candice Ct. (A) Variance to allow an increased driveway width, and (B) Variance to allow an increased front yard impervious surface ratio [case# VAR2026-10029]; 4) 1045 W. Gore St. (A) Variance to allow for a second curb cut on a corner lot, and (B) Variance to allow a parking space to be perpendicular to the driveway [case# VAR2026-10032]; 5) 2916 Westchester Dr. Design Variance to allow a side-loaded projecting garage in the Traditional City overlay, where garages must be flush with or recessed behind the faade of the home [case #VAR2026-10033]; and 6) 4 S. Ivey Ln. Design Variance to allow 4 mid-rise signs in the O-1 zoning district [case# VAR2026-10034].
