NOTICE IS GIVEN that the City of Dania Beach, Florida (the City or Owner) is requesting Letters of Interest (LOI) FOR A REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER FOR CITY CENTER USE DEVELOPMENT ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY 148 N FEDERAL HWY, 26-017.

Letters of Interest will be accepted on the City's e-Procurement Portal at

https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/daniabeachfl until Friday, November 13, 2026, at 10:00 am. Bids received after this time will be rejected.

All submissions will remain confidential and exempt from public record disclosure requirements until the response opening is conducted.
