PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Winter Park, Florida, on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter at Winter Park City Hall at 401 S. Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida. The following ordinance, with title stated below, will be considered for approval at such public hearing. You may inspect or obtain a copy of this ordinance by contacting the City Clerk at City Hall, 401 S. Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER PARK, FLORIDA VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF THE HOLT AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY, DEDICATED BY THE REVISED MAP OF THE TOWN OF WINTER PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGES 67-72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT A; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, RECORDING AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Additional information is available on the Citys website at www.cityofwinterpark.org so that citizens may acquaint themselves with each issue. "If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based."
