PUBLIC NOTICE

The Orange County 2026 Value Adjustment Board (VAB) will conduct a Value Adjustment Board Meeting on August 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Orange County Administration Center, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, 4th Floor County Comptrollers Martha O. Haynie Conference Room Orlando, FL 32801.

2026 Legislation and Potential VAB Impacts

2022 Assertion by Orange County Property Appraisers Office

Approval and Execution of the Minutes of the June 12, 2026, Organizational Meeting of the 2026 VAB

Approval and Execution of the Special Magistrate Agreements

Adoption of the Revised Local Administrative Procedures

Approval and Execution of the First Certification of the 2026 Orange County Tax Roll Pursuant to Section 193.122(1), Florida Statutes

Approval of the Tentative VAB Budget for the 2026 Tax Cycle; and Further, Authorization of Expenditures

Update from VAB Clerk and/or Legal Counsel.
