NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Orange County Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on August 25, 2026, at 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Commission Chambers, First Floor, County Administration Center, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. You are invited to attend and be heard regarding the following request by:

Applicant: Kody Klonowski, THS National LLC, Case # CDR-25-10-248

Consideration: A substantial change to the Epoch Aloma Planned Development (PD) to request the following waiver from Orange County Code: 1. A waiver from Section 38-1 426(1)(c)(2)(iv) to allow an accessory structure used for enclosed or unenclosed covered parking in a multi-family district to be between the primary structure and the right-of-way, in lieu of not being located between the primary structure and the right-of-way; pursuant to Orange County Code, Chapter 30.
