NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Orange County Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on August 25, 2026, at 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Commission Chambers, First Floor, County Administration Center, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. You are invited to attend and be heard regarding:

Applicant: Santos Medina III, Sloan Engineering Group, Hamlin West Planned Development Unified Neighborhood Plan (PD-UNP) / Hamlin West Preliminary Subdivision Plan (PSP) / Life Time at Hamlin Development Plan (DP), Case # DP-25-09-220

Consideration: Hamlin West Planned Development Unified Neighborhood Plan (PD-UNP) / Hamlin West Preliminary Subdivision Plan (PSP) / Life Time at Hamlin Development Plan (DP), Case # DP-25-09-220, submitted in accordance with Article II of the Orange County Subdivision Regulations; A Development Plan (DP) substantial change to construct a 84,076 sq. ft. athletic club. The applicant is also requesting the following waiver from Orange County Code: 1. A waiver from Orange County Code Section 38-1390.16(4)a(1), is requested to reduce the link to node ratio of 1.14 in lieu of 1.35; pursuant to Orange County Code, Chapter 38, Article VIII, Division 1, Section 38-1207 and Chapter 30, Article II, Section 30-40
