Notice of Pre-Qualification

Rodda Construction, Inc., on behalf of Polk County, is currently pre-qualifying any firm who wishes to submit a proposal for any and all trades for the Polk County Medical Examiner's Expansion project located at 1021 Jim Keene Blvd., Winter Haven, FL 33880.

The scope of work for this project includes: sitework/ underground utilities, landscape/ sod/ irrigation, metal fencing and gates, final cleaning, concrete (flat-work & vertical), masonry (block & brick), structural steel/ handrails, sidewalks, wood trusses, cabinetry and millwork, insulation, roofing & flashing, windows/ glazing, hollow metal/ wood doors & hardware, metal stud framing & drywall, ceramic tile, flooring/ base, acoustical ceilings, painting, markerboards/ tackboards, signage, misc. specialties, aluminum walkway canopies, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher and fire extinguisher cabinets, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical/ low voltage.
