Pump Station Infrastructure Repair
Pump Stations 2 and 3

Sealed Bids for the Pump Station Infrastructure Repair Pump Stations 2 and 3 will be received via www.DemandStar.com, on or by: October 5, 2026, No Later Than 9:00 A.M. (local time). All sealed bids that are timely received will be publicly opened at Indian Trails Administrative Office. Bids received after the cut-off date and time will not be considered.
SCOPE OF SERVICES: Indian Trail Improvement District (ITID) is soliciting bids for infrastructure repair work at Pump Station 2 (PS-2) and Pump Station 3 (PS-3), both located within the M-1 Drainage Basin. The scope of work at PS-3 includes replacement of the existing steel expanded metal grating decking with corrosion-resistant material in removable sections, repair and marine-grade epoxy coating of the structural beam deck subframe, replacement of four (4) 6-inch Schedule 80 pipe deck columns (approximately 50% submerged), and fabrication and installation of a new heat exchanger beam support system including shop fabrication, sandblasting, epoxy coating, removal of the existing system, and installation of the new system. The scope of work at PS-2 includes replacement of the existing decking with corrosion-resistant material in removable sections, replacement of two (2) 6-inch Schedule 80 pipe deck columns (approximately 50% submerged), and replacement of hose couplings per field verification. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete all work in accordance with the Contract Documents, applicable building codes, and District requirements.

MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE MEETING: A mandatory pre-bid site meeting will be held on August 19, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (local time), beginning at Pump Station 2 7125 130th Ave N West Palm Beach. The meeting will proceed to Pump Station 3 following the PS-2 walkthrough. Attendance is mandatory; Bidders who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid site meeting will be disqualified and their Bids will not be considered. Pursuant to Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, vendors are hereby notified that the District will not request documentation regarding or consider a vendors social, political or ideological interests when determining if a vendor is responsible or give preference to a vendor based on its social, political or ideological interests.

CONE OF SILENCE: Applicants and individuals acting on behalf of such applicant should not lobby ITIDs personnel, Board members, or professional consultants since such activity will result in the rejection and disqualification of said applicant. For purposes of this Request for Bid, the term lobbying is defined as an action taken by an individual, firm, association, joint venture partnership, syndicate, corporation, or others seeking to influence the selection process by or through ITIDs personnel, Board members, or professional consultants after the initial publication of this notice and through the time that an award recommendation is issued by ITID's Board of Supervisors.
