MAGNOLIA BUILDING RENOVATION

SOLICITATION NO. 270803, PROJECT NO. 599-444

The work consists of renovations to the CFX owned Magnolia Service Center building. Specifically, the project will provide updates to the unoccupied portion of the existing building to accommodate the fulfillment center staff, space, and storage requirements from CFXs Headquarters. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements to modify the layout of the space and needed restroom improvements. The project also includes minor noise abatement improvements to the main entry and lobby to improve the acoustics in the area.
