NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida will at 5:30 P.M. on Monday, August 17, 2026, or as soon thereafter as practical, and in the Commission Chambers at 1 Courthouse Square, Suite 4100, Kissimmee, Florida, consider and act on the following proposed County Agreement. This third amendment provides a revised method of reimbursement in cash for certain mobility fee credits issued by the County but not applied to satisfy mobility fee obligations to date, and establishes a reconciliation and quarterly cash reimbursement process from mobility fees collected by the County to be paid to the Developer until the Developer has been paid for the Reimbursable Credit Eligible Projects which are on and off site Cyrils Drive roadway improvements. The County shall reimburse the Developer through the Developer Funded County Obligation program per Mobility Fee Ordinance #2024-26 and the Osceola County.

The purpose for the public meeting is to consider whether it is in the publics best interest to accept the proposal and enter into an agreement pursuant thereto.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, a record of the proceeding will be needed, and for such purposes, it may be needed to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
