CITY OF OVIEDO, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF PROPOSED RESOLUTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Oviedo, Florida, that the City Council will hold a public hearing to consider enactment of Resolution No. 4748-26 entitled:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF OVIEDO, FLORIDA NAMING THE POLICE SUBSTATION LOCATED AT ROUND LAKE PARK; AND PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTING ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS, SCRIVENERS ERRORS, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Said Resolution will be considered for passage and adoption after the public hearing, which will be held in the Oviedo City Hall on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible. At the meeting interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed resolution. These hearings may be continued from time to time until final action is taken by the City Council.

A copy of the proposed resolution is on file with the City Clerk and same may be inspected by the public.
