ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Childrens Services Council of Palm Beach County

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Childrens Services Council of Palm Beach County (CSC) is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed roofing contractors to provide Roof Replacement Services for the CSC facility located at 2300 High Ridge Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. Interested companies, firms, or individuals (Proposers) may obtain a copy of this RFP beginning on August 6, 2026, on the website at https://www.cscpbc.org/funding-opportunities

The RFP contains detailed and specific information about the scope of services, submission requirements, evaluation procedures, and applicable terms and conditions.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than:

2:00 p.m. (EDT) on September 10, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

A public proposal opening will take place the same day: September 10, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.

At CSC, 2300 High Ridge Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33426

Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring timely submission.

MANDATORY PRE PROPOSAL MEETING & SITE VISIT

A mandatory pre proposal meeting and site visit will be held on August 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at CSC at 2300 High Ridge Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33426

Attendance is required for eligibility. Proposals from firms that do not attend the mandatory meeting will be deemed non responsive.

A Cone of Silence is in effect from the issuance of this RFP until the CSC Board takes final action. During this period, communication regarding this solicitation is prohibited between:

1. Any potential proposer, vendor, service provider, lobbyist, or consultant, and

2. CSC staff, CSC Board members, or any member of the selection committee.

Pursuant to Section 255.0525, Florida Statutes, CSC hereby provides public notice of its intent to award a contract for the roof replacement project described herein. CSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, waive technicalities or informalities, reject any or all submissions, and accept the proposal deemed to serve the best interest of CSC.
