Supervisor of Elections Clean Agent Suppression Systems

Solicitation Overview

Citrus County, Florida (County) invites interested parties to submit a Bid to furnish and install five (5) Inergen clean agent fire suppression systems in the Supervisor of Elections Office in accordance with the terms of the Scope of Work.

MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference/ Site Visit

will be held on September 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Location of the Meeting: Supervisor of Elections Office, 1500 N. Meadowcrest Blvd., Crystal River, FL 34429

SEALED Bids

are to be submitted on or before September 23, 2026, at 2:00 pm. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that their Bid response is submitted through OpenGov no later than the time and date specified in the Solicitation or subsequent addenda.
