A.D. Morgan Corporation, the Construction Manager, invites your company to bid on all trade packages for the new Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Broward County, FL. The scopes of work for the project include demolition, concrete foundations, concrete tilt-walls, precast hollow core planks, topping slabs, masonry, structural steel, millwork, waterproofing and sealants, spray insulation, doors, windows, OHDs, skylights, stucco, drywall, metal framing, ACT, flooring, epoxy flooring, polished concrete, painting, signage, accessories, detention equipment and electronics, kitchen equipment, athletic equipment, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, test and balancing, commissioning, electrical, technology, sitework, landscaping, and fencing.

BID DOCUMENTS: The bid documents are available through A.D. Morgan Corporations Building Connected Website on August 10, 2026. All interested bidders can send an email to Jeremy Warner at jwarner@admorgan.com to receive a link to all the bid documents. It is the responsibility of all the vendors and bidders to make sure they visit the website regularly for updates. All revisions will be posted on Building Connected and a notice sent out electronically by email.

PREQUALIFICATION: All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D. Morgan Corporation. All Prequalification must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the bid date.

BONDING: All bids exceeding $50,000 will be required to provide a 100% performance and payment bond.
