REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Board of County Commissioners of Bradford County, Florida is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors for floor care services at certain Bradford County facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS ISSUED DATE: August 13, 2026

QUALIFICATIONS DUE DATE/TIME: September 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM

All vendors will be permitted to schedule site visits for inspections and measurements before submitting a bid. This should be scheduled through the Bradford County Public Works Department.

Instructions and bid forms can be picked up at the Bradford County Manager’s Office, Bradford County Courthouse, 945 N. Temple Avenue, Starke, Florida 32091 or from the county website at www.bradfordcountyfl.gov/bid-advertisements.

Bids must be physically delivered in sealed envelope marked “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR FLOOR CARE” to the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court before September 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.

Bids will be read aloud in the Bradford County Commission Meeting Room located in the Bradford County Courthouse – 945 N. Temple Avenue, Starke, FL 32091 on September 14, 2026, at 2:05 PM.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, award all or part of the bid, waive any technicality with regard to the bids, exercise its local preference ordinance, and to interpret the bid specifications in the best interest of Bradford County.
