NOTICE OF ANNEXATION

NOTICE is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Winter Park City Commission on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. and on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 3:30 pm in the Winter Park City Hall Commission Chamber, 401 S. Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32789, to consider the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 3369-26

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER PARK, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF APPROXIMATELY 0.07 ACRES OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST PORTION OF 909 NORTH WYMORE ROAD, AS MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, INTO THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF WINTER PARK; REDEFINING THE CITY BOUNDARIES TO GIVE THE CITY OF WINTER PARK JURISDICTION OVER SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The complete legal description as well as a complete copy of this proposed Ordinance No. 3369-26 may be obtained and inspected at the office of the City Clerk at 401 S. Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida during regular business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Additional information is available in the City Clerks office so that citizens may acquaint themselves with each issue and receive answers to any questions they may have prior to the meeting.

NOTE: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105) Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City Clerks Office (407-599-3277) at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
