PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE:

A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Orlando Board of Zoning Adjustment on August 25, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in Orlando City Hall, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of City Hall, 400 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida. This meeting will also be available for viewing at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85198088494. The following variance requests will be considered: 1) 4 S. Ivey Ln. Design Variance to allow 4 mid-rise signs in the O-1 zoning district [case# VAR2026-10034]; 2) 1004 N. Forest Ave. Variance to allow a parking space to encroach into the front yard setback [case# VAR2026-10035]; and 3) 5446 Seedling Ln. Variance to exceed the front and overall lot's impervious surface ratio, variance to allow a nonconforming driveway design, and variance to allow a deck/patio within the required setbacks [case# VAR2026-10038].
