Dear Patient,

For nearly 30 years, it has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to care for you. Whether I have helped you recover from an injury, return to the activities you love, or simply stay active throughout life's seasons, thank you for placing your trust in me.

I am writing to share an important change in my orthopaedic practice.

I have chosen to resign from the Hughston Orthopaedics Southeast effective September 1, 2026, and transition my practice to an out-of-network model designed around personalized whole person care. While I will still be practicing in the Lake Nona Performance Club, this shift allows me to spend more time with each person, understand your goals, and provide the level of care that you deserve.

My commitment to you has not changed. I will continue to provide expert orthopaedic evaluation, non-operative treatment, orthobiologics, and surgery when needed, while also offering comprehensive musculoskeletal performance, women's health, and longevity care.

This practice is the culmination of my life's work. Through my new practice model, Skeletal Longevity, my mission is to help you build stronger bones, muscles, joints, and movement so you can continue doing what you love with the people you love.
