The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain competitive pricing for the replacement of a five-barrel CMP culvert structure and control gates with a cast-in place five-barrel reinforced concrete box culvert structure, with reinforced concrete headwalls, and rip-rap blankets upstream and downstream. Project includes a temporary steel sheetpile cofferdam with a dewatering system to allow for construction of the new structure in the dry. in accordance with the documents and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes.
