PUBLIC NOTICE

The Citrus County School Board will hold a Special Meeting and Workshop; 4:00 p.m. and a Public Hearing; 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, in the Board Room of the District Services Center located at 1007 West Main Street, Inverness, Florida.

The Special Meeting is to discuss and act upon business that needs to come before the Board. The Workshop is to review topics outlined on the agenda. The Public Hearing is to approve the 2026-27 Student Progression Plan.

If any person decides to appeal a decision made by the Board, with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he may need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record should include testimony and evidence upon which his appeal is to be based.
