I, KENJALO, DAVID EDWARD also known as MORMAER AMICUS REGNUS DUKE OF WYOMING (affiant), a Wyoming National declare, state and verify Before a notary public me, who being first duly sworn, under oath deposes and sayeth that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of FERGUS FALLS, County of OTTER TAIL, State of MINNESOTA, which he recognizes and intends to maintain as his permanent home; affiant declares that he also maintains a residence at 801 S. Union Ave Fergus Falls, MN 56537, and that he formerly resided at 2300 CAPITOL AVE, CHEYENNE, WYOMING, but that his abode in Minnesota constitutes his predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that he affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner named (DAVID EDWARD KENJALO) in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner (DAVID EDWARD KENJALO), providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affidavit of an affiant who states that he is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (DAVID EDWARD KENJALO) as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the PRO SOLUS CHRISTOS EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 23070446-5, dated NOVEMBER 20, 2023. Affiant further declares that DAVID EDWARD KENJALO or the DAVID EDWARD FAMILY OF KENJALO ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of Minnesota, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.
