Sumter Landing Community Development District is requesting bids from qualified firms for the Lake Sumter Landing Recreational Waterfront Wharf Project.

Bid packages may be obtained through OpenGov at www.open gov.com, which may also be accessed through the District's website at www.districtgov.org.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 27, 2026, promptly at 9:00 a.m. Interested Respondents shall meet in the DPM Conference Room located at 1026 Canal Street, The Villages, Florida 32162. Only Respondents who attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will be eligible to submit a bid in response to this solicitation.

Sealed or electronic bids must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 23, 2026. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Purchasing Department located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, Florida 32162. Electronic bids shall be submitted through OpenGov in accordance with the instructions contained in the competitive solicitation documents. The public bid opening will be held at 3:15 p.m. on September 23, 2026, at the same location.
