NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Historic Preservation Board of the City of Winter Park on the requests described below on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, at 401 Park Avenue, South, Winter Park, Florida. Public participation and comment on these matters must be in-person. Further information is available at cityofwinterpark.org/government/board-public-meetings/, including staff reports within 5 days of the meetings.

COR #26-08. Request by Winter Park Day Nursery for approval to construct a 1,025 square-foot, single-story addition in the rear of the existing building of their property located at 741 South Pennsylvania Avenue within the College Quarter Historic District, zoned R-2.
