DISPERSED WATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ON AGRICULTURAL LANDS READINESS AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION INTEGRATION IN THE AVON PARK AIR FORCE RANGE SENTINEL LANDSCAPE

The Procurement Bureau of the South Florida Water Management District, B-1 Building, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406, will receive sealed proposals up to the 2:30 p.m. opening time on October 23, 2026 for Dispersed Water Management Program on Agricultural Lands in the Avon Park Air Force Range Sentinel Landscape to work collaboratively with the Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) grant partners to implement water storage projects practices to restore hydrology and retain excess stormwater within the Avon Park Air Force Range Sentinel Landscape boundaries.

An OPTIONAL PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on September 21, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., at the SFWMD St. Cloud Field Station, located at 3800 Old Canoe Creek Road, St. Cloud, FL 34769.

Any meetings with District staff regarding this solicitation are subject to the provisions of Section 286.0113, Florida Statutes, which provides, in part, that any portion of a meeting at which a negotiation with a vendor is conducted pursuant to a competitive solicitation, at which a vendor makes an oral presentation as part of a competitive solicitation, or at which a vendor answers questions as part of a competitive solicitation is exempt from s. 286.011 and s. 24(b), Art. I of the State Constitution.
