INVITATION TO BID (ITB) 2026-14

The City of Wilton Manors invites qualified firms, licensed in the State of Florida, to provide a proposal for the 51 st Year CDBG Mickel Park Lighting Improvements, a federally funded project through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and must adhere to Federal requirements including the Davis-Bacon Act and Related Acts, the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) (if applicable) and 135.38 Section 3 Clause. There will be a pre-bid meeting scheduled for September 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Commission Chamber located at City Hall, 2020 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, FL 33305.

TIME AND DATE DUE: 4 signed copies of the proposal must be received no later than 11:00 a.m., EST October 7, 2026. Responses shall be labeled 51 st Year CDBG Mickel Park Pedestrian Lighting Project ITB # 2026-14 and shall be delivered to the following address:

Questions and comments must be received no later than, September 15, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. Proposers, their agents, and associates shall not contact or solicit any City Commissioner, City employee, or official regarding this RFP/ITB. Failure to comply with this provision may result in disqualification of the Proposer, at the option of the City. Only that individual listed above, as the contact person, shall be contacted.
