Variances from Article III Zoning - Winter Park Land Development Code:

#1 Request of Nicole and Alex Couch, for variance approval from Section 58-65 subsection (f)(6), to allow a 25-foot front setback in lieu of the required front setback of 56 feet, and (f)(7) to allow a 9-foot, 9-inch side setback to both floors in lieu of the required first floor side setback of 17 feet and required second floor side setback of 23 feet, in conjunction with the proposed two-story addition to the existing single-family home located at 2271 Nairn Drive, zoned R-1A.
